Subject Matter of Service

Expert Shuttle offers its travellers a private transfer service between all Paris airports and your home or hotels or any address indicated by the customer.
Also, our agency offers a service outside France. Our services are not limited to individuals but also to legal entities, on behalf of their employees or representatives. Expert Shuttle refuses any booking made by a minor without accompaniment. These conditions are intended to define the services and terms presented by Expert Shuttle and the customer is required to know the terms of the contract before booking. When booking a transfer the contract is irrevocable and the customer is fully committed, with the exception of some procedures such as prospectuses or catalogues made available by the carrier or one of the partners.


The customer can book by internet or telephone. Reservations must be made at least 12 hours before the time of transport except by telephone. The confirmation will be sent by email, fax or post. In the event that the receipt period is limited, our customer will be informed verbally by his reservation number. If the reservation is made by telephone, the carrier will take care of all the information related to the reservation. The customer is required to print out his reservation confirmation form and present it to the carrier on the day of the transfer. Thus, in the case of a reservation, a phone call to the customer is sufficient to confirm the reservation number. When there is no reservation or confirmation number, the pickup cannot be made and the reservation will be considered cancelled at the customer’s initiative less than 24 hours before departure.

Modification of reservations

Reservations will be made by mail or toll-free telephone up to 24 hours before the transfer. After this period it will be impossible to modify only by phone, but all modifications are made within the limits of availability.

Cancellation and refund of bookings

In the case of cancellation the refund conditions are as follows:

  • Less than 6 hours before the scheduled transfer time: the customer remains responsible for the costs.
  • Between 24-6 hours, the cancellation is made by phone and the refund is 100% guaranteed.
  • Cancellation is made on the website.
  • To facilitate financial procedures, the refund can be made in Euro or another currency at the customer’s request.

Arrival and Departure Procedures

It is important that customers respect the arrival and departure procedures mentioned in their own booking confirmation. Expert shuttle can make certain schedule adjustments to determine the most consistent route for the customer.
